XUDA's Another Breakthrough in Thailand's Ball Clay Industry

   Thailand relies on its rich kaolin deposits in the north, forming a concentrated production area centered around Lampang Province. Imerys, a world-renowned producer of ceramic raw materials, invested in a ball clay processing plant with a capacity exceeding 10 tons/hour in Lampang Province in 2019. For this project, XUDA Machinery designed and supplied six Model 1500 high-pressure membrane filter press. The feeding pressure reaches nearly 20 bar, and the squeezing pressure is as high as 30 bar. The filter press now currently operating normally, with the moisture content of the filter cake stably controlled between 18% and 20%.

    In addition to the filter press, we also provide feeding pump, squeezing pump, valves, instruments, and automated control cabinets for this project.
