Filter press for Zinc mine wastewater filtration

    Two sets GZ2000 series filter press were delivered to Kyrgyzstan not long ago to filter the sewage generated by a local zinc mining company during the mining process. XUDA Machinery made a master plan for the project and supplied the filter press. The filtration project plans to recycle 600 tons of water per hour for users, which will be used for upstream ore dressing water. 

    In addition to filter press machine, XUDA Machinery also provides customers with integrated water stations for water pressing and filter cloth cleaning. This integrated water station is designed in a modular manner, with extremely convenient, disassembly and transportation.

     The wastewater generated during mining poses a major environmental challenge. The Filter presses play a crucial role in the treatment of wastewater at mining plants. They can quickly filter and clarify the wastewater and squeeze the solids into filter cakes with a moisture content of less than 25%, providing convenience for subsequent dry drainage disposal. This application not only saves customers' water costs, but also contributes to protecting the environment in the mining area by reducing industrial impact.
